Jason Hasker is a certified Project Management Professional, experienced electro-mechanical systems engineer, and a specialist in design for system testing, manufacturing, and requirements management.

Prior to joining Twin Oaks Consulting, LLC to head the Electro-Mechanical Systems Department, Mr. Hasker served as an officer in the United States Air Force and was a leader in a variety of roles. Among his key accomplishments: testing and later decommissioning the Peacekeeper Nuclear Weapon System; demonstrating in-flight testing of the Airborne Laser, a modified Boeing 747; and was program manager and technical expert for multiple multi-million dollar classified defense projects. Jason has also been recognized throughout his career including: Dr. Theodore Von Karman Fellowship, Tau Beta Pi Fellow, Air Force Historical Foundation Award, Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, and being elected to the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.

Following his 13+ year Air Force career he worked to merge his military flight testing and project management experience with the needs of the local manufacturing industry. He converted the lamination industry by leading several capital projects to modernize and improve adhesive and perforation capabilities. In the pharmaceutical sector, he helped establish efficient reliability & maintenance programs for vaccine production lines. In the food service and healthcare sectors, he consulted on new product development and refined business relationships with technicians, sales, installers, and customers to result in an overall improved customer experience.

Some notable projects include:

  • Creating Service Agent Webinars to teach product troubleshooting techniques to a 700+ contractor National Service Network

  • Launching a web-based Service Management System (SMS) for an $11M warranty budget

  • Increasing production capabilities by 150% and reducing production costs by 60%

Other unique experiences that make him the professional he is today:

  • Designing and manufacturing a light spectrometer on the SORCE satellite which is still orbiting Earth and taking daily solar measurements

  • Advising the Air Force Chief of Staff and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition multiple times on classified projects

  • Serving on safety investigation boards and appointed chair for numerous technical reviews due to his extensive experience in complex electro-mechanical systems

In addition, Mr. Hasker is involved with several sustainable projects including: clean water reclamation, solar generation, energy storage, and electric vehicles. He becomes intimately familiar with customer requirements and is uniquely skilled at improving the safety and efficiency of customer operations. Improving our communities is his passion and he understands sustained growth and overall prosperity is a balance between economic, environmental, and community factors. He has developed sound engineering judgement and a track record of helping customers clearly define their problems to guide them to the best possible solutions. His focus will be to grow the Electro-Mechanical services group for Twin Oaks by helping customers throughout eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey recognize process short comes and provide cost-efficient engineered solutions.

Mr. Hasker received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Pittsburgh in 1999. He followed with his M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2001, and an Equivalent M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Test Pilot School in 2005.
