Ordering Instructions Illustrated below are basic guidelines when placing an
order from our website. Our goal is to have you as a satisfied
customer - Please take a few minutes to look through the information. Basic Guidelines and General
Information: 2 Easy Ways to Order Via Web - Your ordering process is started by simply clicking on the "Buy" button. This will link you to "CC Now", a secure shopping-cart website that will permit you to perform your online financial transaction. Here you will also be able to select items such as text to be engraved or imprinted, quantity, materials and color choices. Via Mail Order - If you prefer not having to place your order over the internet and would rather fill out a paper form and mail it to us with a check, please click on the button below. Any purchases made with a personal check will require that is cleared by the bank before your order is filled - please allow for additional production time. Simply print out the form on your printer, fill in the blanks and send it to us! Details - Please let us know how you want your items imprinted or engraved. In other words, if you want all upper case letters or a mix of upper and lower case letters, please be sure to specify it that way. We may provide you with some possible layout suggestions via e-mail. Multiple Items - If your purchase consists of multiple items of the same type with different wording on each item (for example twenty 2x8 signs with different text on each sign) you may want to click on the "Contact Us" link which is located on every web page to provide us with extra instructions or details you feel may be important for us to know. Errors - Please check and re-check your
spelling on the order form! Products will be manufactured according to

Privacy - We do not sell our mailing lists, customer
information or e-mail addresses to anyone. No Minimum Order Size - We do not have any requirements for minimum order sizes and we don't charge by the letter for engraved items. Shipping - We send most items via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which helps keep your shipping costs reasonable. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not offer "Free Shipping" and then charge you triple the normal price of your product if you only buy a few items. Satisfaction Guaranteed - If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via e-mail at service1@twinoaks.biz within 10 days after receiving your item so arrangements can be made for a replacement or your money back.
